The following are ineligible for return or exchange:

• Sale merchandise

• Items purchased during certain promotions (promotional details will indicate this)

• Merchandise purchased with store credit 

• Shipping charges

• Garmin, Coros, and Therabody products that have been used and/or are not in original, sealed packaging.

RETURN POLICY

 

If you are not satisfied with the fit or performance of your gear, it is eligible for a one-time exchange or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase. 

​

Special Orders will have an additional week beyond the 30 day window to accommodate order processing, shipping and handling.

​

Boxes/tags/original packaging and proof of purchase must be provided for all returns and exchanges.

​

Exchanged merchandise and Items purchased with store credit are considered final.

​

Unused Garmin, Coros, and Therabody products in original, sealed packaging with proof of purchase are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. These products are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
