Returns & Exchanges

 

New and unused merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 14 days. 

 

We encourage you to wear and test out your gear as you intend to use it! If you are not satisfied with the fit or performance of your gear, it is eligible for a one-time exchange or store credit within 21 days.

 

Boxes/tags and proof of purchase are required for all returns and exchanges.

 

Sale merchandise is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store-credit.

 

Nutrition items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store-credit, but your feedback on these items is valuable to us!

 

New and unused Therabody and Garmin products in original packaging and with proof of purchase are eligible for a full refund within 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the performance of products from these brands, please contact brand support for assistance.

A note on what is considered “worn”:  

 

Wearing and testing footwear beyond the limits of our in-store fitting process depreciates its value, much like driving a new car off the lot. Walking around your home, to/from your car, wearing on a treadmill at home or at the gym, etc. are all considered extended wear.  Extended wear affects the foam and upper materials in a new shoe. In these situations, we will consider the shoes worn and would rather you give the shoes a full test in your everyday routine, which is why we have an extended exchange policy in place.  Your feet are resilient, but you may need some time to adjust to new technologies, so please be open to giving your new pair more than one or two wears.
